Advi Wehzan is a rising senior at Leland High School with a passion for data science. Advi developed his deep-learning solar output prediction tool, SolarSight, which was awarded Track Winner at NorCal Hacks 23. At the 2025 Synopsys Science Fair, he continued exploring advanced forecasting techniques with Adaptive Conformal Prediction and LSTMs. Advi is President of Leland High’s AI Club, leading multiple lectures on various topics, ranging from Reinforcement Learning to his own projects, while educating youth in his community on STEM. With over 3 years of experience working with ML, Advi has worked with advanced algorithms including
Deep Q-Learning and LLMs.

Beyond technology, Advi also has 4 years of Public Forum debate experience. After taking the podium at numerous middle and high school championships, Advi went on to represent Leland High School at the CFL State Qualifier Championship as a sophomore. In his free time, Advi enjoys volunteering in his community, biking, and spending time with friends.
