Sanya is a rising junior at Lynbrook High School. As having been a member of her school's science olympiad team, mathcounts team, and basketball team since 6th grade, she loves doing anything science and math related. In her science olympiad career, she has won a total of 44 medals and placed has 6th individually in the nation for both circuit lab and forensics in the nationwide competition MYSO. She also frequently participates in math competitions and has achieved a perfect score in MOEMS and math kangaroo. She has also received distinction in AMC 8 and AMC 10 and has qualified for the AIME.
